Mindfulness in the workplace
In our busy and hectic lives, it is often difficult to be fully present and not feel overwhelmed by the things that are going on around us. Practicing how to be present and learning to “quiet the mind” can help us self-regulate stress, improve performance, gain insight and awareness about ourselves and be more attuned to the wellbeing of others. I lead corporate, group and private Mindfulness sessions that incorporate breath work, fluid movement, yoga nidra practice and group discussions, to help you learn how to become more mindful in the workplace and in our daily lives.
Allison has designed a custom workshop called “Quieting The Mind”
Currently, she is working with Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment (MLSE). Her workshop includes “off-the-mat” practices and various mind-body techniques to help self-regulated the common stresses from work life.
