Prana Flow is a dynamic yoga practice that merges movement, intention and breath. Poses flow fluidly from one to the next as we focus our awareness on how we move through and connect each pose. Each class incorporates traditional, balanced postures and a mindfulness approach to yoga that focuses on the connections between breath, body and mind. Prana Flow is a practice that is beneficial to building strength, rejuvenating our body and restoring wellbeing. All levels welcome.
Maximum class size is 8 people. The class is intentionally designed to be small, giving each student time and attention from the teacher. Please book your space early.
