One-Day Retreat | December 15, 2019

 

Please join me and yoga therapist Dana Chapman for a one-day retreat in the city. This is a wonderful opportunity to re-establish the balance within ourselves as we focus on what it means to rest our bodies and our minds. Modern-day lifestyles no longer include time for us to rest—really rest. And December can be one of the busiest months of the year! This year, plan ahead and set aside one day just for you to support your well-being and to avoid overwhelm and exhaustion. In this one-day retreat, learn what true rest means and how you can support yourself in December and throughout the New Year.

11:15 - Asana practice
12:15 - Meditation practice
12:30 - Silent Walk and/or Journalling
13:00 - Lunch in Silence
13:30 - Silence broken with tea and cookies
14:45 - Pranayama practice
14:00 - Sound meditation
14:15 - Myofascial ball-rolling
14:30 - Asana
15:00 - Yoga Nidra
15:40 - Closing Circle
