A wonderful weekend to heal and nourish your body, mind and heart with love as we savour the full bloom of spring.

 

Hosted by Allison Rietta and Tracy Sheridan. Located at the Nirvana Retreats Centre in Caledon, Ontario.

For the past two years, Allison and Tracy have been doing Yoga + Facial pop up events. The events have had one purpose in mind—to give ourselves the permission to take time out of our busy and distracted lives to nourish our mind, body and soul.

Allison and Tracy felt the powerful impact these events had on their participants and wanted to extend it into a deeper experience outside of the urban environment. A space to nourish, recharge our energy and reconnect with nature.  

And so, the Heal & Love Retreat was born!

 The Heal & Love Retreat will be a balanced weekend of yoga asana practices each morning, Yoga Nidra each evening, meditation, walking/hiking in nature, swimming and enjoying beautifully prepared vegetarian meals. Each guest will receive one customized facial by Tracy Sheridan. In addition, two workshops will be offered: a Pranayama workshop on Saturday afternoon and a Myofascial Ball-Rolling workshop on Sunday morning. These workshops are optional. Allison and Tracy want you to feel that this weekend is your time to nourish and connect in any way you like.  

 

Accommodations

Semi-private (doubles) in beautiful rooms at the main house or in cabins. *Private accommodations are available at an extra cost

Meals

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are lovingly prepared organic, vegetarian meals. Please notify us of any allergies/intolerances. *This is an alcohol-free event

Investment

$630 per person, plus HST. This includes the cost of accommodation, meals, classes, facial and workshops.
