This is a Pre-Registered 6-Week class. Join me for 6 weeks every Thursday from 7:15pm to 8:30pm starting Thursday September 13th until Thursday October 18th at The Healthy Joint.
The class will begin with a gentle flow to warm up the body that focus on breath, body and mind, followed by a yoga nidra. Yoga nidra is practiced in a simple posture Savasana (corpse pose) and follows the verbal instructions of an instructor, which include Sankalpa—Resolve, body scan, breath awareness and visualizations. Yoga nidra means “sleep with trace of awareness”, it is an ancient technique for complete relaxation of physical, mental and emotional layers of oneself. It is state of consciousness in which you are neither asleep, nor awake or dreaming, neither you are concentrating nor being hypnotized rather in a state of deep and complete relaxation!
All levels are welcome. Please wear layered and comfortable clothing.
